Vaidehi Multistate Agro Co-Operative Society offers Biomass to Bio Oil Technology. Biomass to Bio Oil Conversion The liquid Conversion of Biomass solves various Biomass Handling issues. During Biomass Plantation activities in Asia and Africa, we come across the need of fast, convenient and affordable Biomass conversion to liquid form. Our Biomass to Oil conversion process is a proven technology. Fast Pyrolysis of Biomass takes place when it is heated to high temperatures in the absence of Oxygen. The resulting gases are also quickly cooled. After cooling, part of gases gets condensed into a liquid fuel called Bio Oil. The non-condensable gases contain Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide and have a modest heating value. There is an also a solid product, which is called char or biochar, it contains carbon from the biomass along with non-volatile components of the biomass.

Biomass to Electricity Generation

We develop Biomass to Electricity Generation plant with use of Agriculture crop residues. The crop residues are like Cotton Straw, Rice Straw & Husk, Wheat Straw, Corn Cobs, Grass, Dry Waste, Bagasse, Forest Waste or Dry Waste. The plant delivers industrial grade power supply.

Biomass to Electricity Generation Project generates electricity at very low cost using available resources. Additionally it provides sustainable income to farmers and reduce carbon footprints.

Small Scale Biomass Power Plant

Vaidehi Multistate Agro Co-Operative Society launched innovative Small Scale Biomass Power Plant of capacity 10 KW. It is believed that it is first small scale Biomass Power Plant. It consumes 10Kg/hr Biomass and produces 10KWh or 12Kvh Electricity as output. The derived electricity is useful for industry scale.
